Ebert Definitivo

O crítico americano Roger Ebert não estava nos seus melhores dias, vítima de um cancêr, o entusiasta e amigo pessoal de Martin Scorsese e cia sobreviveu a algumas cirurgias e embora as sequelas tenham o deixado em situação parecida com a de Stephen Hawking, o resultado final foi considerado um sucesso e Ebert até deu seus palpites na corrida do Oscar, com uma voz robótica ele conseguiu deixar bem claro o seu entusiamo pelo filme Guerra ao Terror.
Ebert como a maioria dos cinéfilos adora uma lista, todo começo de ano desde 1968 faz a sua com os melhores filmes, essa "mania" teve seu ponto alto no livro A Magia do Cinema onde o crítico lista cem filmes conseguindo balancear muito bem filmes históricos e filmes de gosto mais pessoal. Um segundo volume foi publicado com mais cem títulos o livro recebeu o nome de Grandes Filmes aqui no Brasil e mais uma vez o crítico conseguiu alcançar a harmonia obtida no primeiro livro.
Há algumas semanas Ebert preparou mais um lista, desta vez contendo 325 filmes, os duzentos dos dois livros mais 125. Gosto dessas listas, pois, foi através delas que comecei a "garimpar" filmes e a amar o cinema. Vida longa ao todo entusiasta do cinema.
